1. Minority Community (Affidavite on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.10/-). Download
Sample
2. Master Degree Marksheet
3. Certificate from Head of Department/Institution to the effect that necessary
facilities will be provided to the candidates
4. Physical Disability Certificate (if applicable)
Note: Candidate will not be able to submit their
application unless above mentioned documents are uploaded. |
